'Awash' was awarded 2nd Prize, Arts On Main Juried show, 2025. Adjudicator, Nancy Newman wrote, "The directional lines and varied shapes are expressive, with colours relating beautifully. Warm plays against cool. Complimentary colours work for dramatic impact. The high value contrasts of light and dark add an element of dimensionality. The viewer gets a bird's eye view of the landscape. A bird would want to circle back to get another look."
